Graduating from the University of Southern California with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Behzad used his degree to understand first-hand how to utilize Lean Engineering and Six Sigma methods to improve factory Flow Streams, Team Structures, Process Tools and Technology in harmony.<\/p>

Behzad studied manufacturing processes of several multinational companies to better understand their systems before embarking on a career that eventually took him to the U.A.E. where he successfully built several manufacturing companies catering to the construction industry holding Executive and CEO roles in numerous companies he established during his career. Utilizing his Industrial Engineering background and being a Black Belt in Six Sigma, Behzad played a direct role in designing factories using state of the art robotic equipment from Europe to ensure the highest levels of optimization were achieved in order to compete internationally<\/p>

As an entrepreneur and engineer at heart, Behzad has always been focused on creating new companies and ventures utilizing his engineering background and his passion for R&D engineering and manufacturing, seeking to create high-tech factories and products.<\/p>

The factories that he built were always the latest and best in the region and the products and logistics behind it were and still are outperforming all competitors. With his ambition to be the best company with the best team in the world.<\/p>

Behzad\u2019s companies became the fastest growing companies in the middle east.<\/p>

He started his first company in Dubai in 1994 with an initial investment of AED 3,000,000, which he borrowed from his family and turned it to conglomerate with 8,000 employees and earnings of AED 2 billion per year.<\/p>

His company was evaluated for AED 2.5 billion in summer 2008 before the world financial crisis crash.<\/p>

Behzad managed to lead his companies out of the crisis, though they were the most difficult years of his life and sold his companies in 2019.<\/p>

Since then, he is involved in a lot of philanthropic activities as well as investments in start-ups, crypto currencies, NFT\u2019s and Metaverse.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
